Today, the usual visits and demo. Bright weather and really high temperature. Then we performed engine ground runs for two hours on two different sites for Changi airport. The airport authorities wanted to check the possibility of doing this. But everything is OK. Normal, after all the engines of the A380 are by no means the biggest engines this airport sees.

We get on well with the Singapore people during these tests. They are always smiling and pleasant but very thorough. They tend to insist on verifying everything themselves.

Then back to the Airbus chalet with all the flight and ground crew for a very late lunch around 3 pm.
